I used Northwest Disaster Services after a tenant failed to report that a washer hose busted. They said they "cleaned" it up themselves...not quite the case. We found out after their departure they'd actually caused more damage than expected. Molded flooring needed to be taken care of, and Northwest Disaster Services came to the rescue. Not only were their prices reasonable (since I couldn't claim this for insurance because the tenants forgot to tell me), but the scheduling and completion of the job was prompt. Will use them again in the future over any other clean-up services, as I've dealt with a few in the past.
